On The Formation Of Platform-sutra's Thoughts According To The Relation Between Diamond-sutra And Platform-sutra

In this article,from the aspect of history and development of thought,by using integrative and analytical methods,I make a detailed research on the process of development from Diamond-sutra and Platform-sutra.Under the great background of adapting Buddhism to Chinese context,along the developing process of Platform-sutra, I set forth the process of amalgamation between "Prajna lears" whose representative sutra is Diamond-sutra,and theory of "Dharma Nature" whose representative sutra is La Kavatara-sutra.The process of amalgamation is just the historical process of the development of the ideological system on Platform-sutra.Meanwhile,on the basis of deeply analyzing the connotation of the thought in Diamond-sutra and Platform-sutra,I make a comparison between the self-cultivating method of "Non-attachment to Form" in Diamond-sutra and the view on the self-cultivating method in Platform-sutra.In the conclusion,I agree that the thought in Platform-sutra mainly revolves around its thought on extrication "enlightenment of Buddhata",and the self-cultivating thought is an important part in the ideological system of Platform-sutra,and I also agree that the self-cultivating thought in Platform-sutra comes form the self-cultivating method of 'Non-attachment to form' in Diamond-sutra.
