Late Qing Fiction History by A-ying has been published by Commercial Press in 1937,It has been revise and published later by Writers Publishing House in 1955.In 1980,this book has been published again by People's Literature Publishing House in accordance with 1955 version.Revised version has dulited charactertics of the times on this book. When we has reflecting the modernization process of Chinese literature,there is a need to examine this dating history by A-ying.This thesis is based on version study about two version.we has understood the value of the"skillfulness"of this book,and has been concerned about the"science"and"ideal"behind in the fiction.then we can summarized the construction,novel concept,criticism of the standard and literary history.Final,we has compared this book with other fiction history on twenties or thirties.It shows a information genealogy about Late Qing Fiction completely.Novel materials and novel commentary of Late Qing Fiction History in 1937 shows the complexity of literary world in that era,the style of individual written history on twenties,and the creative comprehension of"Late Qing"conception.
