A Research Of The Political Influence On Scholars' Relationship In Zhen Yuan And Da He Year

Zhen Yuan and Da He Year literature is the symbol of Mid-Tang literature and is closely related with politics.This thesis starts with the scholars' relationship;focus on the politics and inner rule of Zhen Yuan and Da He Year,and analyses the typical scholars relationships,and concludes the three modes of scholars relationship that under the influence of politics and discuss the three modes' forming and development.This thesis has three chapters.Chapter one deals with politics of Zhen Yuan and Da He Year as well as the social distinct of the scholars' political idea.The complicated politics in Zhen Yuan and Da He Year is the production of conflicts between local and central administration as well as the central officials and the Huan Guan.The entire political problem and the frequent political events in this period is the reflection and images of these conflicts.The De Zong Emperor reform is the political key in this period;in fact it forecasts the general political trend in Zhen Yuan and Da He Year.The political ideas of the scholars in this period have evident social characteristics. The inner structure of the political idea could be summed as:Confucianism as main stream, accompanied with Kong and Wu of Shi Dao;the outer structure could be concluded as Yi-Da-Ze-Jian-Ji,Ru-Shi-Yong-Shi as main,Yi-Qiong-Ze-Du-Shan,Cun-Shi-Bi-Shi as accompanied.This is the joint-effect results by Confucianism and Buddhism and the reflection of the current politics.Chapter Two taking the relationship between Han Yu and Liu Yu-xi as example and analyses the scholars' relationship of this period.Han and Liu's relationship is quite typical in this period,which divides into three parts.Generally speaking,their relationship is harmonious despite some misunderstanding and setbacks,and the end is harmonious.The political salvation or invoke is main content of their relationship;The Tian-Ren-Zhi-Bian and other scholar argument is the reflection of their political difference.In fact,the whole process of the no-contacts,re-contacts,break off and re-establish discloses the political influence; each relationship change is closely related with the political condition,and having surprising consistence.The research on Han and Liu relationship shows that the current politics has a deciding influence on scholars' relationship.Based on the above two chapters,Chapter Three divides the scholars' relationship into three modes as Literature scholar faction,Co-Aid faction and pessimism faction.The literature scholar is result of politics partition on scholars,the other origins from the psychological recognize by the scholars that influence by politics.Politics have great influence on the partition,forming and development of these three modes.In fact,the influence is joint effect of the current politics and political idea.
