This paper by means of reading the Animations from all around the world, which made by famous Animation Directors, and by combining the classic film and drama theories and Movie making practices together, to quest the animation director′s thinking mode and the feature of their animation creation. At first, based on the research and study of predecessors, in the first chapter, it gives"Animation Director"a comparatively clear definition, and makes clear to us the status and responsibility of Animation Director in the course of making animation.
