While face employment, their arming placed in stress should arouse appearance, comparing the non-graduate student acceptance to seek a job, thesis, social interaction, economy largely, study pressure. This research with the graduate student seek job process for the pressure scenario, the research should arouse the influence mode that the scenario descends to replies effect and reply a way to the mind and body symptom.To investigate the general condition that Master's graduate student arousing pressure and validate the correlation between stress, coping efficacy, coping style and the mind and body symptom, 572 Master's graduate students was investigated. Results showed that the Cronbach's of the Graduate Student Stress Questionnaire from plaint is 0.960, and split-half reliability is 0.856, the questionnaire has upper reliability and validity. The correlation between coping efficacy and stress, coping style, the mind and body symptom was significant. The correlation between coping efficacy and stress, negative coping style, the mind and body symptom was significantly negative, and the correlation between coping efficacy and positive coping style was significantly positive.Further, we build a model that coping efficacy and coping style operate regulation function between stress and the mind and body symptom. Coping efficacy operates mid-function between stress and the mind and body symptom. While coping efficacy and coping style operating mid-function, stress also produces influence together to the mind and body symptom. The stress can predict positive coping style insignificantly.
