On The Inner Alchemy Thought Of Li Daochun

Li Daochun, the initial follower of Quanzhen religious in south of the Yangtze River,was a famous inner Alchemist from the late Song Dynasty to the early Yuan Dynasty in China. His Danfa takes neutralizing as decree.He greatly advocates "The cultural merging of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism", and emphases on both Nature and Life :Nature first , Life later. This danfa is fit for the trend of Taoist development in history. Li Daochun is the representative figure at the time of the two flows together as the inner alchemy North and South period .His theory becomes classic piece of Taoism thought development at that time. This paper objectively reflects the trait of Li Daochun's thought from history point of view.The writer makes effort mainly on aspects of Danfa, The cultural merging of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism and old learning thought,etc. In the end, it is setting forth an impact for Neidan philtrum later briefly. Underneath, there is an introduce about every part of this paper.In the first part, the writer simplely introduces the historical background of Li daochun's thought forming and contemporary researching achievement, and raises the new opinion and research methods.The second part is about Li Daochun's experiences and composings. Li Daochun, Bai Yunchan's second generation disciple,was born in Wugang city Hunan province and lived in Yang Zhou area. He has nine books in the world now,including "the book of quotations neutralizing collection ", " Morality to Origin " ,"Qingan Yingchanzi Saying",etc. In this part, the writer summarised the composition and content of these books.The third part has two chapters about fundamental theory and Danfa of Li Daochun' inner alchemy. Chapter one is about fundamental theory, which makes conversation on the Taoist, the life , the medicine , tripod cauldron implement and crucial moment comment on humanity and alchemy , according to the inner alchemy , from summarization to concrete principle . Chapter two is about Danfa .It pays attention to Li Daochun's thought of " The cultural merging of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism"and "guarding middle cause drawing " . Then the writer try his best to analyse impacts on the North and South families . "The nine grades of rank in the feudal regimes Danfa " ,discriminated against by Li Daochun , finally flowed into "four multiplication ". Li Daochun considers that three religions lies in one consanguinity but different primo , such as using different ways but getting to the same destination . Finally , three religions tend to "neutralization" entirely which is the basic point of Li Daochun's thought .The fifth part is about Li Daochun's Lao Tzu thought . Li Daochun takes "Lao Tzu" and " The Book of Change" as the same . It makes a point with " True and Eternal ", that lead the Taoism to be understand possiblely . Actually, it serves his theory of inner Alchemy . Finally , it introduces briefly the contributions of Li Daochun on helping Buddhism and explaining Lao Tzu .The sixth part is about the traits and effects of Li Daochun's inner Alchemy thought . Li Daochun is called the founder of "Zhong Denomination " by inner alchemy family later . His Danfa thought have an impact on many people , such as Yin Celestial's philtrum named Gao , Huang Yuanji , Min Xiaoyin . Finally the writer will come up with his point on "Zhong Denomination " .
