Vocational education advocates the teaching guideline which serves students'job-hunting. This guideline determines teaching in class should cultivate students'practical abilities. However, English teaching has been taking traditional 3p as main teaching approach for many years. Task-based English teaching approach emphasizes to feel language by tasks. The cooperation and interaction between teacher and students and among learners are the most important thing in the class. This requires a teacher to master the ability to adjust oneself with the changing demands in order to help students accomplish the tasks.Narration gets close link to people's own experience, so it offers a new way for research. As concerns teacher's experience, narration is also a new appropriate way for teacher to do their researches.This paper adopts narrative research. The author is not only researcher but also the research objective of this paper. It describes'me'and'my English class'in the natural situation. This research reflects reality and subjectiveness, and possesses strong situations. It does not pursue a universal-accepted conclusion. The main intention is to give readers some inspiration through reading the description and analysis of the concrete situation.
