As everybody knows, lacquerwork is a handicraft creates for man, it is also a handicraft created by man. Even now we have always focused more on the former from the view of culture, and have paid less attention to the latter, we neglected the principal factor in lacquerwork: the man. Actually, man is the producer of Lacquer ware, the direct subject who put the technics in practice, and even the one who primarily experiences Lacquer culture. Man is interrelated closely on development of the traditional handicraft.Many a man think that the development of Lacquer craft have been facing too much difficulty to survive in industry times. Otherwise the author considers that the prime assignment is to ensure lacquer ware workers a minimum subsistence at least if we really want to protect and succeed to the lacquer technics. The guarantee of workers' existence provides a probability to the conservation of lacquer technics.This dissertation started a series of research on lacquer ware workers with their station varieties from the view of demotics. The author used many methods, such as investigation, comparison, analysis and colligation to carry through research.
