The Comparative Literature Study Between Fu Xuan And Fu Xian

Fu Xuan and Fu Xian were fathers and sons ,they were integrity Minister and famous writer in the Xijin Dynasty. There are many similarities and differences between their literary works . On the basis of careful reading and esthetic comprehension of those works, we can get further understanding about the ideological content, and accurately summarize their literary achievement, and get a better grasp of the literature features and development trends in their Times.This paper is made of five chapters.The first chapter is a brief research on the Rhythm prose' artistic style, literature achievement and the later generation influence. Fu Xuan stressed the description of kinds of things , Fu Xian stressed to express the feelings. The length of their Rhythm proses was short, the structure was simple, the language was brief. They paid great attention on the preface of the writing, and linked the preceding and the following development of the preface history. Fu Xuan'Rhythm poetries displayed a lot of delight in life and had the secularization tendency, Fu Xian' Rhythm poetries stressed writer's ideal, and expressed lots of emotions and philosophy.The second chapter mainly compares prose of these two men. They pointed the social problems out bravely, expressed their views concisely and plainly, and paid great attention on the imposing manner of their prose. At the same time, They were good at debating. Fu Xian always displayed the true feelings,but Fu Xuan seldom expressed his individual sentiment.The third chapter focuses on these two person's poetries. Fu Xuan seldom expressed his sentiment directly,but Fu Xian always expressed himself honestly. Their poetry's emotion displayed the model Time spirit in Xijin Dynasty. Fu Xuan pays great attention on the innovation of artistic form,his literature idea was quite open.Fu Xian favored in society criticism,his literature idea was conservative.The fourth chapter mainly studies the reason of the sameness and the difference which between the two person' literature works.The final chapter sums up the characteristic of the two person' literature works , briefly summarizes their literary achievement and the status and influence in the literary historty.
