Comparative Studies On North And South Korea's Reunification Policies

From the Korean peninsula was split up to now, North and South Korea has not abandoned its efforts to achieve reunification of the peninsula, over half a century and more, both sides proposed many kinds of unified policies. Although the two sides developed some unified policies, but in the early Cold War, most of these policies are only a tool for political struggles, do not have the prerequisite and basis for implementation. After the cold war, the relaxation of the international relations had offered the opportunity for unity in Korea Peninsula. For unifying scheme and reunification, the disparity that in cognitions exists between North and South Korea. The win-win scheme that can achieve reunification has not been found yet.
