Qutadghu Bilik is a long poem written in Huihu characters in Kalatongke khan dynasty,AD 11,in Chinese history. The author is Yousupu native to Balashagun, whose poem is finished dating back to 462 in Huihu's calendar(AD 1069-1070).The whole poem contains 85 sessions, added to 3 sessions of supplement, and the length is up to 13290 lines in total.Qutadghu Bilik is written during AD 11.Both Huihu people and Gaochang people use Huihu characters to write their languages in Kalatongke.khan dynasty's boundary before that time. After accepting Islam religion, they create a series of characters, called "Habaniya character",which is based on Arabian letters in AD 10,Though the two kinds of languages are used the same time during a long time from AD10-13,the tradition is still kept well to use Turkish to write, leading to the evident common character between the eastern region and western region's languages. But due to the differences of dialectal character more or less. This kind of difference between the languages and characters had been presented obviously in the opus Qutadghu Bilik, Diwanu lughat It T(u|¨)rk(compendium of.the Turkic Dialects) and the Atebetul Hakayik, which are indicted by Yousupu,Mahemude Kashgali and Aihemuide.Yougenaike individually.Because the the Atebetul Hakayik is limited to the space, the systematic and studied value is circumscribed. The arising and bequeathing of the two works Qutadghu Bilik and Diwanu lughat It T(u|¨)rk(compendium of the Turkic Dialects) have left precious heritage to Uygur. It provides precious source of information and gist of history to know the politics, economy, culture, mentality and religion at that period and for the prior studying of ancient Uygur's language and culture.Because there're plenty of researches about Diwanu lughat It T(u|¨)Urk(compendium of the Turkic Dialects) and most of the studying of Qutadghu Bilik are about Chinese literature, law and ethnology. But we haven't seen the achievements about the concrete description and analysis of its language, especially morphology. So we mainly regard the morphology of Qutadghu Bilik as the studying object.Uygur is a language with changeable forms of words. The more important aspect of Uygur's study and research is the morphology.Because of this,we study the morphology of Qutadghu Bilik largely. It mostly consults the Latin edition(Uygur, May,1984) by the National Literature Institute of Xingjiang Social Academy of Sciences and the Happy Wisdom(Chinese,May,2006),which is translated by Hao Guanzhong,Zhang Hongchao and Liu Bin.Besides,it also consults some information & writings about Huihu letters all over the world. The whole article majors in synchronic description and analyses the morphology characteristics of its language on the base of static. Moreover,it uses lengthways comparison diachronic description and contrastively analyzes the characteristics of Uygur at respective times.
