Study On Yangsu And His Poetry

Sui Dynasty served as a link between past and future. But because it's short and can not produce first-rate litterateurs or works, on the literature of the Sui Dynasty has not paid enough attention to, although since the 1980s, a number of studies in this area have been transformed, but the current status of the Sui Dynasty poetry still is not comprehensive enough depth. The first part comments the dates of birth and death, the traveling and the friendship of Yangsu, and it's also provides his brilliant feats, important historic roles and influence cannot thus be denied. The second part evaluates the content of Yangsu's poetry, and his poetry by stages. The third part studies the Sui Dynasty poetry integrated the southern and northern styles of poetry, and provides Yangsu's poetry emerged new characteristics, the conciliation of the southern refinement and mellifluence in the northern vigor and massiness. The paper also discusses some common images, and pointed out that his poetry linked to the development of his psychology changes, and analysis on its poetry styles.
