Ye Zi(1912-1939) was an outstanding writer who had a miserable life experience and had a distinct spiritual character in the Left literacy circles. Despite of his early death, he was quite different from common people in rich life experience, great spiritual hurt and heavy realistic hardship, which brought about continuous life materials for proletariat revolutionary. Ye Zi's hard life experience and the Maxism world view and literature view he advocated made he consciously set his life goal on constructing and expanding the proletariat revolutionary literature. With the unforgettable hurt and hatred, Ye Zi joined firmly and rigidly in Chinese literacy circles at that time. With his rigorous and persevere job, he produced many literature works of more than 600,000 words including his representative works of like "Plenteous Harvest", "Stars" and "A Night in the Village" and some proses. All these works play a big part in literature field. Until today, by analyzing the representative works of Ye Zi, the outstanding revolutionary writer, we can grasp the deep intention and the era value of Mr. LuXun' saying "Literature is fighting".
