Between Law And Poetry

This essay led us to a journey to discover the relations between the Law and the Poem. In the prelude, the author introduced the purpose of this journey. And the real journey started from the connecting point between the Law and the Poem, trying to discover the common ground for them in the area of idealism, culture, humanity, sensibility, regularity, experience, etc, in the purpose of proving the inspiration upon the Law by the Poem. What needs to be emphasized is that, this essay tried to discuss on how sensibility manipulate on the law in western and Chinese law world. And it labors the process of penetration of sensibility into practice of Law. Thereafter, the journey came back to the ancient times of China. With comparison between the text of "Shi Jing" and "Homer's Iliad and Odyssey", the author tried to get the different political ideas and culture so as to speculate on their way to affect the development of Western and Chinese Law. In the last paragraph, the author did a brief statement on the impact of Law upon Poem, and summarized this journey for the readers.
