On The Military And Political Career Liubingzhang

Liu Bingzhang is an important figure of the late Qing Dynasty, which first manifested in the Huai Group. He is an important one. Liu Bingzhang is famous for suppressing the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and repression Nian Army. As Li Hongzhang's disciples and affinity, he played a crucial role in the growth and development of Huai Group and made a positive contribution. In addition, Liu Bingzhang is a capable and patriotic feudal bureaucratic resistance. As the governor of Jiangxi, Zhejiang ,Sichuan,he took the practical and effective measures within these areas to regulate the local people's livelihood,finance and conducted fruitful. At the same time he handled properly the external aggression, the people of the conflict, as well as issues such as the ethnic dispute ,thus safeguarding the country's sovereignty and national interests, and properly completed a feudal bureaucratic 's mission. This paper is focused on the period of 1862-1895, and expressed my own view on some important events. In the Sino-French War, Liu Bingzhang led Zhejiang military and civilian, actively preparing for the defence, and safeguarded the country's sovereignty; In addition, he also has done many positive and effective work.Partâ…£: Sichuan Governor period.In addition to continuing to work with the financial management, Liu Bingzhang also seriously handled the relationships with Tibet and properly handle inter-ethnic conflicts, as well as in mining, lesson plans and other matters relating to the management of Westernization. As his conservative stance and non-cooperation with the imperialist countries ,eventually dismissed by Qing government.
