The Study Of Yangjian's Si-shu-xue Thought

Issues about Si-Shu-Xue are important in the Chinese thought history.As the dissertations of Si-Shu which in Ci huyishu(《慈湖遗书》)by Yang Jian(杨简)for main object,This thesis combines philology with history of thought and uses the methodology of hermeneutics for reference,and try to explore the primary contents and the academic value of Yang Jian's Si-Shu-Xue thought.This thesis has six parts besides the introduction and the conclusion.The introduction illustrates the meaning of the topic,and gives a short description about the achievements of the topic got by the others before,and introduces the research methods and the essential line of the thesis.The first part introduces the time background of Yang Jian and all his life,and the forming process of Si-Shu.The next four parts are main bodies of the thesis,which separately elaborates the explanation ofLunYu(《论语》),DaXue(《大学》),ZhongYong(《中庸》),MengZi (《孟子》),which use Xin-Xue thought by Yang Jian.The elucidations of Si-Shu by Yang Jian always paid attention to his own Xin-Xue thought system and controlled things with Xin thought everywhere,which was much different from the explanations of ZhuXi (朱熹)in his Si-ShuZhangJuJiZhu(《四书章句集注》).Yang negated the opinions which were not accord with his Xin-Xue thought in Si-Shu.He made new explanations and put them in his own Xin-Xue thought system.In a word,Yang Jian's elucidations of Si-Shu made clear that he was dare to disbelieve and brave in innovate,and formed a Si-Shu-Xue thought system in view of Xin-Xue.The sixth part analysis the Si-Shu-Xue thoughtof Yang Jian from two aspects.For the Xin-Xue history,his explanations perfected the Xin-Xue thought system futher,and were in favor of the spread of Xin-Xue thought.For the Si-Shu-Xue history,his dissertations enriched the connotations of Si-Shu-Xue thought,and embodied the peculiarities of explaining Si-Shu according to one's own viewpoints.
