With the development of the science and technology, the Product homogenization phenomenon appears, the market gaining competition for products has become more and more sharp as time goes by. Visual correlation method has become an important method to enhance product's competence for industrial product design , also, it is the key point in product innovation design. At the premise of satisfying the technique and function, the product design based on visual psychology theory is to use theories of esthetics,chromatics,morphology,psychology and human engineering to carry a unified plan to the product, to endow the product with humanities factor and emotion factor, and to attain perfection and unity of form and the contents of product, which are to meet the material and consciousness needs of consumers.This thesis is mainly from the point of visual psychology to study how to design product, and through analysis research the consumer's mental need, as well as an expression of vision need which is from mental need in the shopping to analyze product design, and use this as to have a foothold to design product. Also making Bluetooth earphone as the carriers to analysis and study, through making statistics, analyzing and summarizing the investigation result of consumers' demand, analyzing consumers' motive of purchasing Bluetooth earphone, as well as analyzing consumers' vision expectation of outlook,color,texture and the whole sensation of Bluetooth earphone based on consumers' purchasing motive, and analyzing the reason of producing this vision expectation based on visual psychology theory. Then from that mentioned above all, it can be summarized a new set of principle of the design method and provided product design a kind of direction of analyze problem and the path of problem-solving.
