Athletes always make full use of pacing strategy to improve their performance , especially in the high intensity of trains and competitions. This study has probed into the influence of pacing strategy by the CNS and psychology with the summary and experiment. The method of the study is to divide the 14 national level rowers into tow groups to carry on tow high intensity tests, to obtain the data of iEMG, power,HR and RPE. We carried on psychological train to a portion of the athletes by tow weeks, We make use of SPSS to analyse the data. The results show that the more strong influence of the fatigue, the more remarkable of the pacing strategy , and the control of the CNS to pacing strategy is more notable, the influence of the psychological train to the pacing strategy is outstanding.
