But we have some conflicts and some questions that are urgently answered during the development of economic society. These questions are some important problems our party faced, such as the conflict of the development of economic society and the short of resources and energy sources; the conflict of the unceasing development of substance and culture and the complex relations of social interest; the bad effect of negative phenomenon and severe crime to social stability and harmony. Those must be considered how to mange the relations of various interests, how to deal with the conflicts of society and how to promote social harmony. It is worth thinking and researching if we can draw the value thoughts from traditional culture as a theory of building harmonious society. Through researching, I can feel it is from Confucianism about the important task and most content of building harmonious society. For example, kindheartedness and honesty reach the character that harmonious society is honest and lovely each other; courtliness accords with the character that harmonious society is stable and jural; middle of the road is the character that harmonious society is impartial and vivid; orderliness reaches the character that harmonious society is concordant between human and nature. At present Confucianism still suit to build harmonious society.The thesis explains what is the harmony and the philosophical foundation of it. And the content of harmonious thoughts from Confucianism, which is the harmony of heart and soul, of people relations and of environments is abounding with the resources of cultural thoughts.
