In view of this,"San Yan and Er Pai"not only has higher literature appreciate value but also has higher historical data value. At present, constructing characteristic socialism merchandise economy of China, we impossibly get away from the influence of China ancient businessman cultural spirit completely. Particularly , the value of"to make profits righteously , to maintain both benefits and righteousness"which"San Yan and Er Pai"holds is of significance to current Socialism market economy construction.Therefore, re- examining commercial value in"San Yan and Er Pai"With contemporary visual angle, delving Ling's and Feng's true thought condition at society transitional period, not only has important literature value, but also has far-reaching history meaning and reality meaning.
