After the Opium War, the foreign aggressors invaded in China, and China became to be a semi-colonial, semi-feudal society gradually. Moreover, the aggression also shook the Zong Fan system which takes the Chinese empire as center enormously. Japan stepped onto the capitalism development path through the Meiji Restoration, and started to expand outward. In 1875 the Japanese government forced the Ryukyu Islands Empire not to pay tribute to China seriously and then the "the Ryukyu problems" initiated. "The Ryukyu problems" not only transformed the Ryukyu Islands Empire to be an Okinawa County of Japan from an independent country, but also caused the Qing government to expose its decadency and backwardness side to the others. After the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, as a vanquished nation, China fell into be the region which was carved up by the powerful Capitalist nations, and then the ancestor fence system collapsed. Japan rise and advanced into forest of the world big powers abruptly after "the Ryukyu problems". Japan became to be the source of the world warâ…¡.The collapse of the Zong Fan system caused the reorganization of the traditional Asia pattern. And the system was replaced by the new international relations pattern of modern capitalist which took the international public law as basic standards...
