Through the study of the aesthetic culture, we can get rid off the bifurcation between Dao and Qi in the study of classical aesthetic culture of China. In Song Dynasty the development of the aesthetic culture reached the summit, while the aesthetic culture experienced a transition. Influenced by the culture of clerisy and the royal court, especially by the culture of citizen, the aesthetic culture of the Song Dynasty absolutely was different from the Pre-Qin and the Wei-Jin dynasty. The paper tries to make a reappearance of the real condition of the aesthetic culture in Song Dynasty by the historical and reductive methods, and finds the close amalgamation between the aesthetic culture and daily life in Song Dynasty. First of all, influenced by the culture of citizen and increasingly flourishing commerce activity, the acknowledged art, such as calligraphy, brushwork, poem and the Ci Poetry had become to be daily consumable in the Song Dynasty. Furthermore, the practicability of the poem and Ci Poetry (as forms of art) was increasingly enhanced, and there was more content about daily life. All of these indicate that art had become have the daily character. Finally, when we see about the representative appliance of the Song Dynasty such as chinaware, architecture and gardens, we find the appliance have intoxicating beauty. The daily life of the Song Dynasty was full of the artistic appliance everywhere. The essentially aesthetic things become the ones of daily life, while the common things become the aesthetic ones. In this way the close amalgamation came into being between the aesthetic culture and daily life in the Song Dynasty, and it was a big change in the history of classical aesthetic culture of China.
