English teacher's language in class plays a unique role in English teaching, and is the main source of English learning of students. Meanwhile, as the base of human beings, language is an undeniably integral part of human cultures. To study English teacher's language in class is of significant meaning to teachers' development and students' growth. This study samples more than ten teachers as objects from primary and middle schools that join in the "New Basic Education" research, and one teacher is the head object of study. During their teaching, most teachers experience a process of development, which is their "way to language".At the very beginning of work, English teachers have a tendency of self-position, and lack student-position, which will lead them to neglecting students' real receptivity. "Teacher Talk" has a progress in student-position compared with self-position language, but because of its shortage in "specific individual", there are still some limitations of it. Dynamic-generated language takes students' needs and capabilities at all stages in class into consideration, and there will be integration of spoken language, written language and body language.By presenting changes of English teacher's language in class, and perceiving English teachers' language problems and their improvements, this study tried to analyze teachers' transformation and development in value, student and way of thinking, as well as discuss the influence to students' English learning, emotions, development and growth in lifetime. Furthermore, this study tried to examine what educationists could do and should do on the way to language as well.
