Animation is a broad world. Though it is hypothesized, it contains all phenomena on earth actually. As a great nation of animation US has not only bred the animation, but also created the animation myth. With a history of a hundred years American animations has experienced the innumerable difficulties, and is maintaining the exuberant vitality continuously and the empire hegemonic position . Obviously, the American culture is playing the noticeable role in the animation. American animation actually attributes to the American spirit as the important cultural mark. From the animation development we see rich connotation of American culture. On one hand, the openness, the tolerance, enterprising and the innovative characteristic of American culture is affecting the American animation cultural orientation; On the other hand, the individualism spirit takes the key American culture value, exists similarly in the American animation, and is promoting the American animation development; In addition, America's expense culture and mass culture has simultaneously impelled the animation industry. Therefore we may see the implication of the rich culture and the philosophy frequently in the American animation in individualistic heroism, love, the true, the good and the beautiful and so on. After the long-term development, American animation has formed its own bright esthetic characteristics. With a winding, vivid and interesting plot, the bright character disposition, and music interesting to listen to, American animation thus obtains deeply mass audience's affection. Simultaneously this is also the process the American animation creators pours into ideally their own emotions in the animation, transmits their own cultural orientation as well as the esthetic idea pr to the people. From the birth of the American animation, they knew that, the animation must take to the human esthetically with enjoyment, the animation art shows in front of the audience not only the external beauty of form they can sense but also an intrinsic spirit.
