Therefore, how to understand public knowledge in dynamic cognitive is a hot issue.In reasoning of multi-agent cognitive logic, As an agent, he should not only knows the situation of the world, but also knows the reasoning involved in other agents. he should changes reasoning steps with all other agents cognitive changes.
