The Research On The Art Characteristics Of The Eastern Road Bangzi Of Shandong Province

China's opera is a comprehensive art form consisting of various kinds of art patterns, and Shandong Province has always been famous for its dramas. There are many ancient operas with local characteristics in Shandong.Eastern Road Bangzi was brought into Shandong by the folk artisans of western China who came to Shandong province following the merchant ships from the end of Ming Dynasty to the beginning of Qing Dynasty. It has been quite popular as one of the oldest operas in Shandong Bangzi opera system, and it has a history of more than 300 years. In the process of its circulation and development, it retained the basic Tune of Bangzi opera and combined other local popular tunes which were Qupai-based. Then after artisans'processing and the influence of the local dialect and folk songs, it became a singing art with local characteristics.This paper, in addition to the preamble and conclusion, is divided into four sections to analyze and discuss the origins,historical development,singing art,accompaniment,the repertoire,performances and transmission development of the Eastern Road Bangzi.The first chapter is about the formation and development of the Opera. This part demonstrates the history of the Opera and several important stages of its development from reference documents and data.The contents of Chapter II are about the features of the singing art of the Opera. In this chapter, the author systematically arranges the features of the singing art of the Opera, with the analyses of many specific illustrating examples.Chapter III pays attention to the accompaniment,the repertoire and performance characteristics. In this chapter, the author systematically expounded on the supporting role of the heritage field accompaniment,the repertoire and performance characteristics of the Opera, which is very helpful in understanding the art features of the Opera from different angles.Chapter IV is concerned with the status quo and the heritage of the Opera. With the analysis of the present development situation of the Opera, we can draw relevant experience and lessons. Based on the result of the writer's personal surveys which is combined with the data collected in the Culture Bureau of Huimin county in Binzhou city of Shandong, some recommendations will be given on the future development of the Opera, in order to make some contributions to the Eastern Bangzi which is on the brink of lose.The Conclusion sums up the whole paper.
