Human being is a moral species, Human being is altruistic in the moral, altruism is a part of human nature. We do have other-regarding sentiment, cherishing our children, helping other people, saving person in the difficulty, contribute to public goods. There usually have three forms in the human altruism, (1) Kin-driven altruism (2) Reciprocal Altruism (3) Pure altruism. From kin-driven altruism to reciprocal altruism, again to pure altruism, we find a progressing course, the course indicated a continuing enlarging range of human′s moral concern. Simultaneity, human achieved moral progress during the course. As one of the species, human's qualification of survival need to be obtained from the struggle in nature world. It is no other than the altruism, mutual benefit, cooperating within human being help us succeeding in the struggle for survival, we gain the right to subsist. Developed from the traditional ethics established on anthropocentrism culture conception to the eco-ethics established on non-anthropocentrism culture conception, we find a huge jump of the level of human moral, the scope of human moral concern obtained a substantive expansion, human's other life partner also entered in the scope of human's moral concern.The expansion of human morals is an objective process, it has a close relation with human's practical ability. From an ordinary species of the nature to an independent, formidable, dominant species on the Earth, human's development is following not only with the wisdom development, but more important is the moral development.
