This article is based on the idea of Linguistics of Bakhtin,and try to get the Concept of "utterance" from his extralinguistics, thus combining his Polyphony novel theory, to find the internal fit between its novel theory and the theory of linguistics: interpretations of dialogue And the formulation of Polyphony.Bakhtin refer to this concept of "utterance" in his linguistics, philosophy works. We can find out the clues through his critical analysis to right to Humboldt,Vossler subjective and personal representative for the School of Linguistics and Saussure as the representative of the general objective of the abstract Schools of linguistics. is actually a clear sign of Bakhtin's extralinguistics.in fact that " utterance " (parole) has long been neglected by us, even buried by the other words in our language system.On the basis of the previous literature study,Bakhtin argues that "utterance" should be made as a basic unit in our language system.Because only "utterance" could unify the different froms the discourse genre, which is the traditional theory of linguistics.Therefor,Bakhtin's theory of linguistics often been called.extralinguistics.The theory of " utterance " is closely linked with his famous novel theory Polyphony. In fact that the theory of "utterance" of the field of linguistics theories have a clear characteristic of dialogic, which could be applied to the practice of literary criticism.It will allow us to take better research on the Polyphony of novels. In turn,by the Polyphonic novel analysis, we can have Better understanding of the language of dialogue, understanding of the nature of "utterance".
