The Influence Of Campus Psychology Environment To The Formation Of College Student Healthy Personality

It is an important task for university to shape the healthy personality of the college students in education management of college students in the new period. University should pay attention to the enhancement of the college student personality education. The direct moral education brought the positive effectiveness in the past, but now moral education in the university must change with the changes of environment and objects so that it can be accepted by the undergraduate in new time. Marxism tells us the decision on the development of education and the environment. So we have to use the power of the environment to nurture student healthy personality. Though the definition of environment is extensive, the feature of campus psychology environment is vivid and it can be controlled on some degrees. It's significant to researching campus psychology environment and extending to whole society.Based on this expectation, the influence of campus psychology environment to the formation of college student healthy personality and building strategy are argued. Firstly, the definition of campus psychology environment is analyzed, and it is told that the psychological environment is all factors of the campus that affect college students directly or indirectly on basis of influence of the political, economic, national cultural traditions and customs . Secondly, the bi-directional and dialectic relations between campus psychology environment and formation of college student healthy personality are indicated on basis of the status of the campus psychological environment and personality characteristics of college students, and focused on the three different levels of the campus psychological environment. It is also pointed that the campus psychology environment has the function of improving the formation of college student healthy personality. Finally, five important strategies of construction of campus psychological environment are argued in order to improve college students personality, optimizing the physical cultural environment, psychological cultural environment, class psychological environment, classroom psychological environment, peer interpersonal psychological environment.
