Currently,with the rapid development of science and technology, the society has stepped into the knowledge-economic age. The core of the age is the creation which associates with our nation's growth, revival, development and flourish. Meanwhile, it is also the approach to promote the economic development and its substantial growth. In order to be creative and enterprising, the creative thinking is essential. The creative thinking individual is the undertaker of the creative thinking activities. The shaping and development of creative thinking is closely related to individual character traits in creative thinking. The creative individual thinking is against the group creative thinking, both of which constitute the subject of creative thinking. The subject of creative thinking refers to the undertaker of creative activities, that is, the dominant persons in the creative overall thinking process. The attributes of creative thinking include dynamic attribute, practical attribute, social attribute and historical attribute. Its basic conditions consist of physical condition, knowledge condition, psychological condition and social condition.The second part discusses the individual character traits in creative thinking in great detail.
