The Study Of Zangmitancheng Culture And Art

Zangmitancheng ,which is a kind of Tantra Vehice pattern that derived from ancient India,stands for a religious site where the Yidams of Esoteric Buddhism and their relatives gather together. The friar of ancient India built the soil set of circular or square in the place of practice moral teachings, prevent outside demons from incursion.Afterwards,the specialized constitution Tancheng for Tantra to Guanding,with inviting various Gods and Yi–dans to testimony,and drawing the image of them in the Tancheng, the gradual birth all kinds of types of Tangcheng. Tibetans called thant Dkyil vkhor or Manzha.It is Buddist cosmos view,global view and the symbol of Shangbarla,and different category models of Tancheng in art of Tibetan Buddhism.The main doctrines of Tantra of Tibetan Buddism are expressed in the Zangmitancheng.For example,"SanMiWeiYong","SimanWeixiang","LiudaWeiti","Yin,Gen,Jiujing"and so on. Therefore, Tancheng is still regarded as the most sacred,mysterious and representative religious art with peculiar characteristics.It is the transportation for the monks who observe and consider Gods,and the spirit of monks can be communicated with Gods by Tancheng.For the general follower,it is the sacred object is which worshiped and culted. In religious activity,it is the important object for Tibet monks who practice moral teachings in Tantra.The symbol mark of art of Tibetan buddism and often seeing at Buddhist monastery in Tibet.The study of Zangmitancheng culture and art,not only can we have a deep understanding of Tibet art and Tibet art history, but also may we understand the essence and content of Tibet plateau culture.This text includes four parts.Unit One: The connotation and the cultural origin of Zangmitancheng,and the present studying of it at home and abroad;Unit Two: The category forms and the contents of Zangmitancheng ,and the rule of creations;Unit Three: The philosophy and cultural meaning of Zangmitancheng;Unit Four: Zangmitancheng art was disseminated and developed to the inland of China.
