Miura Ayako is a famous contemporary Japanese high-yielding best-selling book writer. At the same time, she is a devout Christian. Her creative life has a close relationship with the Christian faith. She had written more than 40 novels in her lifetime, and almost every novel was written in the purpose of "expounding and propagating Christian love and rescuing the true righteousness redeeming". In her writing, she often invoked the doctrine of Christianity as her writing's quote and the connotation. As a Christian classic,"Holy Bible" also has a tremendous impact on her writing. Miura Ayako's novels are about "life" ,"human dignity" and "belief". Behind such a theme it is hidden with strong cultural background of Holy Bible's cultural Motif, and embodies the Miura Ayako's sacred religious feelings. This thesis explores Miura Ayako's novels'theme relationship with Christian by taking The Holy Bible cultural motif as the breakthrough point. Miura Ayako's writings have a characteristic of detective storys. So, this thesis based on the framework of Miura Ayako fiction theme is divided into three parts: life– the riddle, original sin -- the key to solve puzzles, love–answer to the riddle, and such a logic framework is closely related to Christian beliefs and the Holy Bible's influence.This thesis falls into five sections. The first section, as a preliminary discussion of the full thesis, introduces Miura Ayako's life and outlines the relationship between her novels and Christian. The next three parts based on the framework of detective story analysis Miura Ayako's novels and the representation of Holy Bible's cultural motif in three Bible's motifs. The final part as a concluding section to the whole thesis, summarizes the relationship between Miura Ayako's novels and the Holy Bible's cultural Motif,and the relationship between the logic framework of her novels'three main themes and Bible.
