In the last part, the author analyses that the achievement of Chinese oil painting at present does not all follow the concept of Oil Painting's Nationalization in the view of practices. The conclusion is that the outlook of Chinese oil painting depends on artists' diversiform creation. This creation needs artists' attention to Chinese cultural spirit and Chinese humanistic state.
