Zhang Dai-nian's Ethical Thought And The Construction Of The Harmonious Society

Zhang Dai-nian is the famous philosopher and ideologist of contemporary China. He devoted himself to philosophical teaching and writing for over 70 years with plentiful works and great achievements. Fusing Marxism dialectic materialism , Chinese ancient philosophy and west logical analysis,he constructs"synthetical innovation"philosophy. He is also an ideologist who relatively early use Marxism materialistic interpretation of history to analyze and study Chinese ethic moral, being practical and realistic, abounding with innovation. At present,the academia has already conducted research with multiple aspects on Zhang Dai-nian's ideology. Thirdly,on the basis of inheriting and rebuilding ancient ethic thought, Zhang Dai-nian puts forward the principle of"unification with the group ", with group being standard life ideal. Finally,Zhang Dai-nian synthesizes Chinese and Western ethic thought and puts forward"motional unity of man with Heaven" view .Zhang Dai-nian's ethic thought has great reference significance to the construction of harmonious society. His"Concurrent Harmony"(jianhe) idea is currently the philosophical foundation of the construction of harmonious ethic.
