Generally speaking, it is actually a history of Academic Philosophy before Marx Philosophy in the whole western philosophy history. In the endless process of philosophy history, western philosophers with spirit of exceeded everything who were not satisfied with the concrete, sensible and experienced world, were attempted to mouse out the basis of everything from individual, changeable, discrepant, external and concrete things in sensitive world. While such kind of basis is universal, changeless, identical, essential and nonfigurative which can be grasped by rational thoughts. And finally set up their philosophy system. The eternal dream of western traditional academic philosophy is to seek and establish one thing which can rule and dominate the world with the highest unity. And using it make the highest recapitulation and the most universality of eternal interpretation and illumination for the human being and the whole world. These philosophers commonly believed that the human being can obtain critical weapons——to"interpreting the world"reasonably by using the essential interpretation principle of understanding and illuminating the world so long as they find out and set up the external and highest"unity principle", no matter material or spirit. In fact, what is called"alteration"is just the abstract criterion and conception reconstruction and can't realize the true realistic change. The western traditional academic philosophy what we talk about is just using different methods to interpret the world. It doesn't means that western traditional academic philosophy has no wish and motivation of changing the world, but because of the unconquerable limitation of itself, they can't make true realistic alteration. In this mean, the essence of western traditional academic philosophy is"interpreting the world".The naissance of Marx Philosophy has realized the great revolution in philosophy history. The essence of this great revolution has transformed academic philosophy to practical philosophy. The key of understanding of Marx Practical Philosophy is the understanding of"practice". Virtually, Marx transferred philosophic Archimedes'point from idealistic concept to the subsistent and sensible activities of human beings. It has made philosophy essential transformation from its mission, object, content and character. The essential objective of Marx Philosophy is"changing the world". That is to say, Marx Philosophy is no longer academic philosophy in any sense but a kind of practice philosophy. As the soul of Marx Practical Philosophy with the objective of"changing the world", the real significance of practice is depending on realistic, concrete, hypostatic and sensible activities of human being. Such kind of understanding about"practice"has finally decided the true connotation of Marx Practical Philosophy: from the world of thought to the world of practice. Marx Practical Philosophy is a kind of philosophy about real life and sensible activities of human being. It discusses the social relationship and spiritual life of human being on the basis of human being's basic material production, re-production and production of itself. While Marx Practical Philosophy which has realized the revolutionary transform of philosophy is not only"changing the world"but also"interpreting the world". Marx Practical Philosophy does not oppose interpretation of the world, it is critical of old philosophy which interpreted the world by ways of abstract principle and intuition and which is independent of realistic sensitive activities of human being. Weather interpret it or not is not the key point, it emphasizes what should be used to interpret the world and how to interpret. What Marx protest is that by using of real-life human being's activities to replace abstract principles and conception in order to interpret the world and further change the world on the basis of actual reasonable interpretation. We even could understand like this: the sensitive practical activities of human being itself are the most important component of the world. What Marx Practical Philosophy pursued is realistic human being and its historic development, namely dialectical unity of free liberation of each person and all the human being. It must resort to realistic human being's activities and seek the way of liberation for human being from realistic human being and its historic development. So it can interpret the world historic process though human being's realistic practical activities and change the world according to its regulation. Therefore, Marx emphasized that human being creates the environment and the environment also creates the human being at the same time. The change of the environment and the accordant activities of human being are just considered and understood reasonably as practice of revolution. In the field of Marx philosophy, there neither exist the isolated interpretation of the world nor isolated change of the world. It isn't absolutely oppositional between"interpretation"and"change", but a dialectical relationship. Just by this way, it constitutes the inner academic dimensionality of Marx Practical philosophy and has realized the revolutionary transformation of the philosophy. It also ensures Marx practical Philosophy posses of tremendous open and never-failing vitality.Finally, by viewing the future of Marx Practical Philosophy, we couldn't consider Marx Practical Philosophy as a kind of accomplishment or finality. Marx Practical Philosophy has solved all the questions of the philosophy rather than it cast away the old philosophy subject; Marx Practical Philosophy is the end of the philosophy rather than a new jumping-off point. We think, the future of Marx Practical Philosophy depends on the further discussion about every aspect of realistic practice.
