| With the development of society and culture, people pay more attention to the residential environment and pursuit more spiritual enjoyment. As an art style, Ceramic Art has great significance to the Environmental Landscape Design. It is an effective medium for expressing and creating artistic concerns. What's more, the prosperity of Environmental Arts definitely provided a big stage for Ceramic Arts. Thus the join of Ceramic arts into environmental settings is not only an academic issue but also an inevitable art reality. Undoubtedly, analyzing the form composition and its application of the Ceramic arts in Environmental Landscape Design will draw many people's eyes. So reinforcing the study of this aspect is absolutely necessary.In this thesis, the concept of Ceramic art was defined, and the concept of Environmental Landscape was confined to a broad and accessible scope in the first chapter. In the second chapter, the fixed relationship between Ceramic arts and Environmental Landscape design was illustrated. The second chapter was divided into three parts: the first part went back to the history of the application of Ceramic arts in Environmental Landscape; the second part analyzed the social and cultural background of Ceramic arts entering the Environmental Landscape; and the third part illustrated the superior advantages of Ceramic arts in Environmental Landscape. The third chapter analyzed the form composition of Ceramic arts in Environmental Landscape Design from aspects of style, size, color and texture, etc. The fourth chapter introduced the presentations of Ceramic arts in Environmental Landscape Design, while the fifth chapter mainly dealt with the application of Ceramic arts in common Environmental Landscape such as architecture, city square, residential environment, urban road and water landscape. The sixth chapter pointed out the significance of the thesis. And in the final inclusion, the novelty and value in this paper were summarized.
