| As a stage performing art, vocal music performing requires its performers to have not only skillful technique in uttering sound but also excellent performing state of mind. With application of a question and relevant knowledge of psychology and statistics, the author of this paper testified universally existing poor performing mentality, and pointed out that such poor mentality as nervousness, anxiety and so on can be attributed to a series of factors, say, the performer's maladaption to the change of performing environment, lack of experiences in performing, unskillfulness in technique as well as overloaded psychology. The key to developing vocal talents lies in the training their sound performing mentality, so to speak.. Because vocal teaching vis a joint activity by both teachers and students, they should give their subjective initiative a full play. Based on above analysis, the thesis proposed a range of learning and teaching strategies, hoping to help performers overcome poor state of mind, give free rein to their competence at stage, and elevate their performing capability in the course of continuous stage practice. |
