To an extent,these two dictionaries reflect the development of modern language practicality, which arevaluable language data for the investigation of modern Chinese grammar.The typical feature of these two dictionaries is to have marked word class for allwords. The paper comprehensively depicts the marking of word class in these twodictionaries and makes analysis accordingly.
