The research of " three laws of thinking",can not only further the development of logics,but also have significant theoretical and realistic meaning for the development of philosophy.Jin Yuelin was the first Chinese logician and philosopher who had researched "three laws of thinking" in a systematic and through way. "Three laws of thinking" was the important contents of his thoughts of philosophy. Jin's view had its original points,and even now it has also its theoretical meaning. Based on this,this thesis sets "the three laws of thinking" as its researching object, carring out studies from the following points:First,the origin and development of Jin Yuelin's "three laws of thinking". Along with the rise of symbol logics and intuitional logics, "three laws of thinking" had been oppugned and challenged in many aspects. On this basis,Jin Yuelin's "three laws of thinking" had been produced and developed.Second,Jin's "three laws of thinking" theory. Jin stated the form of "three laws of thinking",offered its testification and confirmation, pointed that "three laws of thinking" was the basic logic laws.
