Austin (J.L.Austin, 1911-1960) is the English renowned analysis philosopher after World War II, is the philosophy leader character of thought ordinary language of the so-called Oxford school, has the very tremendous influence in the English America philosophy. Austin's contribution is various, the concept and the speech act theory of the word has the behaviorwords" has original, permanent contribution to the philosophy and linguistics. After Austin, as an outstanding successor person of , speech act theory Searle took after Stan, Austin and Grice in the research results, attentioned from the exchange and the useaspect studies the language question, thus has established the consummation, the system speech act theory. Searle's speech act theory is the inherits,the revision, the development and the systematization of the Austin speech act theory .
