Power and knowledge was mutual , power disciplined and molded the subjects by establishing psychiatry , sociology , psychology and so on , but knowledge preserved and developed itself by supposing and forming power. Knowledge was the most powerful tool of power, power was fully realized by the power -knowledge -subject. He proved the power by the formation of psychiatric , medicine , criminology , various penal institution and the exploration of sex and so forth .
