The German Greens is developing very quickly since it estalished in 1980s.It becomes one of the parties in power.There is a profound reason for the rise of the German Greens,which is the coming of the post-industrial society.There are several changes in post-industrial society:the middle class expanded,the value orientation changed and the new social movement rised.These changes bring about the rise of the German Greens:the middle class becomes the class basis of the German Greens, postmaterialism becomes the value basis of the German Greens and the new social movement becomes the practical reason for the rise of the German Greens.The rise of the German Greens has great influences on Germany's politics and the most important influences are as follows:firstly, it causes a change to the political system of Germany; secondly,it forces the established parties to make closer policy to the Greens; thirdly, it affects Germany's policy making.
