Not only is Qin Guan a distinguished Ci poet, but also he is an excellent scholar. When we turn over Huaihai Collection, we can find Qin Guan has some full-length novel philosophy thesis to present his wise thoughts about "Between Universe and Human", such as Noble Spirit Telepathy, Heart say and Change Theory. At the same time, he writes as many as 50 scheme, theory to expound his views about the problems of politics, economy etc in the middle Northern Song Dynasty.
