On The Linguistic Poetics Of Roman Jokbson

As a Linguist, Roman Jokbson's research has covered many fields. When he did anOntological research on Linguistics, he perfectly combined the research of Linguisticsand Literature and set up his own "Linguistic Poetics" which is put into the use ofanalysis on poems of different languages. Jokbson interprets Literature in a linguistic way,then finds out a rule and opens up a new research field. However, there are somedifficulties for someone to accept with different academic backgrounds. Starting fromJaeobson's the content and attributes of his "Linguistic Poetics", this thesis aims toexplore into the problems that has been ignored by lens of Linguistics, Art, and Aesthetics.It is also hoped that this thesis would actually benefit other researches of the same kind.
