| This article tekes Fujian educational societies during the Late-Qing and the early-Min as an object and explore their origin foundation, After having done the further researches into their development and member status, It is conclued that the relationships between the local government had intercted hamonily with eacher for one hand, and conflicted under currently for other. To the end, Fujian Eductional societies have certain commom charateristies with other provincial education societies and also have their own regional distinctions.
