Chinese MTV has experienced six stages: imitation, initial establishment, development, expansion, maturation and flourish. The pointed reform and integration are reflected during the entire growing course, which are subjected to the characteristics of native culture and practical state of our country. Thus, our MTV's creations can enlighten people as a cultural channel of education and reflect the unification of sense and sensibility from the traditional culture. As well, it can also create the unique aesthetic perception by one of traditional artistic conceptions--- deficiency-excess complication. The whole thesis not only analyzes the developing tendency of Chinese MTV, but expresses that Chinese MTV intends to establish a new esthetics on the ancient land with more than 5000 years' cultural history. For the purpose of deducing native variations in the opto-electrical and sound shadow, it's necessary to deal well with the relationship among commerce, art and culture.
