| Zhang Dai was the writer who had all outstanding achievements in the literature, the history and the artistry during the Ming and Qing dynasty. The writings all his life were quite abundant. This article carries on elaboration one by one in six aspects on his prose creation.First, Zhang Dai's prose research summary (foreword) . I have made the whole studying outline to Zhang Dai's research near for ten years, and made briefly content analysis to the research works of several scholars, pointing out their different emphasis points.Second, "the unprecedented proser"—Zhang Dai(chapter 1). Minutely state the biography, the writings, the prose achievement and the prose creaiting views. In biography and the writings, the highlight is his prose achievement. At first, I elaborate the artistic conception beauty of "the elusive crystal reflecting" in three aspects: the artistic conception, the image selection and the understanding to physical image philosophy, then explain "brilliant" on the base of "light" in his prose, finally elaborate his language style.Fifth, "remarkably true to person"—the character image in Zhang Dai's prose (chapter 4). Elaborating in three aspects: the standard of character selection, character's mental outlook and the intrinsic temperament, the utilization of drawing technique. Stressing importantly the "real personality" and "high moral character".Sixth, the status and the influence of Zhang Dai in the history of Chinese prose(chapter 5). Mainly elaborate his status in the prose history through the traditional innovation on the prose theme and meaning, tell briefly his influence.Finally, in the "concluding remark", simply point out the shortcomings in the paper composing, discuss the weak places and the blank spots of current studying to Zhang Dai, as the partial supplements of "the foreword". The purpose is to indicate the direction with great courage to urge persons who like Zhang Dai.The purpose of this article is on the base of the comprehensive survey to Zhang Dai's biography and works, to inspect his prose creation by unifying the factors of his thought, the experiences, the social ideological trend. Mainly explain the content, the characteristics, the charm in Zhang Dai's prose by analyzing the text. The researching significance lies in the breakthrough formerly to the limitation and insufficiency to Zhang Dai's prose researching, to reexamine Zhang Dai and his articles at a new angle, to narrate Zhang Dai and his the prose creating more comprehensively and more objectively. |
