The Basic Theories And Chinese Practice Of Anthropology Of Literature And Art

This thesis attempts to explore the new interactive theory system of anthropology of literature and arts. Besides, it summarizes the present situation of the subject research in China, hoping to attract more researchers' attention.This thesis contains three chapters: The preface gives a brief introduction on intentions and significance of this topic. The first chapter introduces the subject nature and the main theories of anthropology. Then, it traces the major points on the literature and arts of the anthropologists, and the achievements of the literature and arts researchers who have made use of the material and the methods of anthropology. In the end, it discusses the possible combination of two academicsubjects. The Second chapter is the major point. First, it states the goal and the connotation of "anthropology of the literature and arts". Besides, it discusses the subject nature of anthropology of literature and arts from the discipline ownership, the research objects and the resources, the research methods, the research goal and the duty, and the core subjects of anthropology of literary and art against the background of "the globalization". At last, it points out the contemporary value of anthropology of literature and arts research. The third chapter analyses the formation background of anthropology of literature and arts, summarizes and comments the practice achievements and the constructional situation of the subject in China.In conclusion, anthropology of literature and arts has an important value for the study of literature and arts in the globalization. There are abundant resources on anthropology of literature and art in China. Chinese researchers should play an important role in theory construction of anthropology of literature and arts.
