How train the student's Audio-English ability has been a problem to solve in English teaching, especially for the English teaching in the senior high vocational school. English communicative ability of the high level still has the value of the reality: At present along with the need of the professional technique person and request to rise continuously in our country, the technique people who know how to communicate in the foreign language is very popular. So the senior high vocational school education is to train the professional technique person whom can make use of English social intercourse masterly, to fit for the market need.The cooperative learning takes constructivism as its theoretic bases. The important representative persons of the cooperative learning: the brothers of D.W. Johnson & R.T. Johnson pointed out "The cooperative learning is the instructional use of small groups so that students work together to maximize their own and each other's learning." (Huang huairong. 2003) The cooperative learning was sprang up in the United States at the end of 60's and the beginning of 70's in the century, and walked up to a systematical road in the middle of 70's to 80's, it is a kind of learning theory and teaching strategy which has made a materiality progress.The author has considered the English teaching request in the senior high vocational school (emphasis on function), the teaching condition (have the speech room and the computer lesson), students' characteristics in 18 - 20 year-old (the curiosity is strong), their character characteristics(pursue vogue), their interests (play computer) etc. The author decide to use the group cooperation teaching mode in the senior high vocational school in English teaching, taking high technologies, such as multimedia and network.As a new-fashioned teaching mode, the cooperation learning is an attempt for advanced English teaching by using high technology and the network resources in the senior high vocational school. It contributes to arouse students' interests in English study, improve their ability in self-independent study, and develop their multiple intelligence, complex ability and creative skills of persons.This thesis begins with the theory of constructivism which is one of the basic theories of cooperative learning, briefly introducing the constructivism study view, emphasizing on cooperative learning and group cooperative learning, combining the author' English teaching experiment of the group cooperative teaching and learning mode in the senior high vocational school in the meantime. The author has found that there are three advantages by using the group cooperation mode to teach audio-English in the senior high vocational school:1. The students' audio-English results have great progress.2. The student's learning motive, will, the comprehensive ability in learning raised greatly more.3. The student's comprehensive abilities raised more.The author points out that the use of group learning is a kind of beneficial mode in the senior high vocational school, with a certain inspirable function and popularized value.
