Being compared with western opera, the history of Chinese opera's development is short, but clear. Several social transformations and movements have been undergone in its 80 years. Creative works produced during the period are not only historical culture testimony, but also are central reflection of human nature characteristic while people were accepting new artistic form. The works emerged from 1957 to 1966 were considered as the second peak of Chinese opera history. The great works such as Honghu Chi Wei Dui, Keshan Hong Ri, Hong Xia, Hong Shan Hu, Jiang Jie, etc. are widely read until today. It is a great success of Chinese opera development has ever been made for their exquisite melody, attractive state imageries which were mentioned above. All of these successful female imageries have some common characteristics. They are brave, full of sense of justice, and ascetic. The female characters were created in certain times of identified culture background. The people needed them in the meantime, the social common women needed to be extricated from social transformations, and they were enthusiastic about becoming one of socialistic constructors. Therefore, they were portrayed as typical imageries in literary and art works, and have held the post of some social functions. Their human nature characteristics appear exceedingly strikingly.In modern society, people are doing research on human nature, thought and emotion actively, in pace with achieved progress of "research of human nature". Especially in peace age, people pay great attention to the reflection and appearance of human nature, putting emphasis on it in both of realistic society and the counterpart in art. On the contrary, female imageries produced in 1960s manifested their human nature prominently. They are braver than the common women, their understanding and manner of life are more idealized. They usually do physical labor as which men are supposed to do, endure body and moral suffering which men could not bear. With the identified background, such heroines emerged naturally, their brave and revolutionary action were showed indubitably. But their human nature characteristics are quite different from which the common women should have. What is the author stressed upon? What are the defects of their characteristics? And why such phenomenon has happened? These are questions which named as "human nature camouflage" the article will approach .
